  9. Press the edges so the dough completely cover the outside of the bowl.
  10. Slide it from the sides into the heating oil.
  11. Let it cook until it becomes light brown.
  12. When the bowl leaves the dough, remove it carefully from the oil with the help of tongs.
  13. Invert the bowl so the inner side is completely cooked.
  14. Remove it from the oil and let it cool on a paper towel.
  15. Now place the prepared black chana chart in the katori.
  16. Garnish it with coriander, imli ki chutney, and raita.
